    百事特会员卡有效期为一年，自申办之日起计算起始时间。
    申办会员卡，请正确真实填写“百事特会员申请表”。请务必在开通前认真地与百事特销售人员研讨消费方式，如会员未进行此项工作，由此产生消费，百事特将不承担责任。
    百事特提供三种消费方式供您选择：
        1、在百事特商务贵宾厅前台，出示“百事特会员卡”，刷卡消费；
        2、提供有贵单位公章的“百事特消费签单凭证”，签字消费；
        3、传真预约消费。

Application and Handling of Membership Card
    For application of Membership Card, member is required to correctly fill in “Application Form of Best Member” as listed in the form and confirm by signature. In case of unreal point, Best has the right to refuse your application or terminate services to you.
    In application of Membership Card, please pay expenses required for the type of Membership Card you need. Best will register for you within three days after you submit the application and pay the expenses, and open the services.

会员卡有效期及延续

    会员卡有效期为壹年，自办理之日起计算起始时间，过期作废，请各位会员根据自己的实际需求购买。会员卡有效期内，会员没有对所购“百事特会员卡”进行消费或者金额未消费完，在会员卡到期后，百事特将视为其放弃消费，余款不予退还。
    会员卡有效期满之前十五内，请到百事特商务贵宾厅交纳下年度费用，百事特客户部将为您办理延续使用手续。
    您所购会员卡仍在有效期内，但卡内费用低于500元时，应考虑选择续费或另购新卡；如您的会员卡内费用为零时，应在十五天内续费或另购新卡，超过此期限，百事特商务贵宾厅将按散客收费标准收取服务费。
    续费办理方式，会员持会员卡在百事特商务贵宾厅前台交费（现金、支票、划帐、汇款），由百事特工作人员开具发票即可。
