Please carefully read Manual for Best Member to understand your rights and obligations, so as to supervise our services. With acquaintance of how to use Membership Card, full value and top quality services for member is available at any time.
    There may be modification to contents of Manual for Best Member and price of Member card due to policy requirement of civil aviation or change in market economy. This will be publicized in the honored guest lounge of Best, without notification one by one. Your support and excuse are desired.
    In need of arrival/departure commercial honored guest services in Kunming International Airport, you can make telephone call (Domestic arrival/departure: 0871-7116333 7116444; international arrival/departure: 0871－7115896), or fax (Domestic arrival/departure: 0871-7116339; international arrival/departure: 0871－7115896) to make reserved services at Best. You can also require services directly at reception of Best Commercial Honored Guest Lounge. Passenger handling procedures by himself/herself is required to register at reception of Best Commercial Honored Guest Lounge after going through procedures. You are required to show your Membership Card, after confirmation of which by working personnel services are provided.
    Besides regular services, Best strive to provide some extended or value-added services, as our goal is to meet requirements of the member to maximum.
    Yunnan Airport Best Business has final right to construe contents in Manual of Best Member.
